The Best Stone for Bathroom Vanity Countertops

A vanity deals with water, toothpaste, makeup, hair products and cleaners every single day. All three of these hold up well, the difference is how much care you want to give them.

Quartz

Non-porous, so it shrugs off makeup, hair dye and toothpaste and never needs sealing. The most popular choice for busy family bathrooms.

Granite

Natural stone with real depth and pattern, very durable and great value. Our Group A colors make granite one of the most affordable ways to upgrade a vanity.

Marble & Quartzite

The spa look. Marble brings soft, classic veining, quartzite gives a similar look with more hardness. Both are natural stone and need a periodic seal.

Built Around Your Vanity

Bathrooms are tight spaces, so a top that is off by a little shows a lot. We measure on site and cut everything to your actual cabinet and fixtures.

Sink & Faucet Cutouts

Undermount sink cutouts polished smooth, plus faucet holes drilled for single-hole or widespread faucets. Have your sink and faucet picked out before templating so we cut to the exact model.

Single & Double Vanities

From a compact powder room top to a long double vanity with two sinks, laid out so the pattern looks balanced across the whole run.

Backsplashes & Side Splashes

Matching stone backsplash and side splashes cut from the same slab, so the vanity looks finished and water stays where it belongs.

Kitchen and Bath Together

Redoing the kitchen too? We can plan both projects together, measure on the same visit and help you pick stones that work across the house.

How a Vanity Top Project Works

Most projects go from templating to installation in one to three weeks, depending on scheduling.

Bathroom Vanity Countertop FAQs

Is quartz or granite better for a bathroom vanity?

Both work well. Quartz is non-porous and never needs sealing, which makes it the low-maintenance pick for kids' and guest bathrooms. Granite is natural, very durable and often the more affordable option.

Can you replace just the vanity top and keep my cabinet?

In most cases, yes, as long as the cabinet is solid and level. We check it when we come out to template.

Do you cut the holes for my sink and faucet?

Yes. We cut the sink opening and drill faucet holes to match your fixtures, so please have the exact models chosen before templating.

Do you remove the old vanity top?

Yes. Mention it during your estimate and we include removal and disposal in the quote.

How long does a vanity countertop take?

Typically one to three weeks from templating to installation, depending on scheduling and the size of the job.
